She is survived by: her parents, Beulah Davis (Charles) and Gilbert Forbes (Sharonne) of Opelousas, LA; her close friend Marcus James of Opelousas, LA; her children, Levi Davis of Opelousas, LA and Nova Davis of Opelousas, LA; her brothers, Isaeh Brooks (Jentell) of Broussard, LA, Dewayne Anderson (Paige) of Memphis, TX, Dewight Anderson (Chaquetta) of Opelousas, LA and Gilbert Brook (Aaliyah) of Breaux Bridge, LA; and her grandmother Zula Davis of Opelousas, LA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
