She is survived by: her sons, Reginald Andre Thomas (Mary) of Opelousas, LA and Derrick Jermaine Thomas of Houston, TX; her grandson Reginald Andre Thomas, II of Houston, TX; and her sisters, Doris Polk of Houston, TX and Charolette Williams of Houston, TX. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
