She is survived by: her husband Earl McCarthy, Sr. of Opelousas, LA; her children, Carl McCarthy (Rokenye) of Opelousas, LA, Earl Darnell Bellard (Tasha) of Houston, TX, Constance McCarthy (Nathan) of Opelousas, LA, Crystal McCarthy of Opelousas, LA and Courtney McCarthy of Opelousas, LA; her siblings, Ernest Brown, Jr. (Shoutinez) of Ville Platte, LA, Antonio Greene of Houston, TX, Carolyn Marzette of Opelousas, LA, Maxine Simon (Gary) of Opelousas, LA and Janice Brown of Opelousas, LA; her grandchildren, Samantha McCarthy (Chance Lewis), Sharonda McCarthy (Donavon Henry), Christian McCarthy, Carlynn McCarthy, Knavin Ventress, Lesley Lewis, Jazzlynn McCarthy, Carly McCarthy, Carl McCarthy, Jr. and Na'Connor Boutte; her great grandchildren, Daveion Henry, Chance Lewis, Jr. and Da'Naiya Henry; her godchildren, Racheal Roby, Lt. Craig Thomas, Jr., Johnathon Watson, Jacqueline Guillory and Marcus Brown; and her pet Brownie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
