She is survived by: her children, Eric Sam, Sr. (Stephanie) of Opelousas, LA, Patricia Williams of Opelousas, LA, Debra Sam of Opelousas, LA and Linda Angus (Lester) of Carencro, LA; and her sisters, Evelina Sam of Opelousas, LA and Earline Roberts of Opelousas, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
