He was predeceased by: his brothers, Gene Theriot, Fred Theriot and Richard Theriot; and his parents, Joseph Theriot and Lee'anna Theriot.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Theriot (Michelle), Jacob Theriot and Kimberly Theriot Ludlow (Harold); his close friend Theresa Wyble; and his grandchildren, Shannen, Bailey, Tyson and Julianne.
