He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bellard and Lucille Leblanc Bellard; and his brothers, Leroy Bellard, A. C. Bellard, Harry Bellard, Ashton Bellard, Calvin Bellard and Rodney Bellard.
He is survived by: his wife Roma Savoy Bellard; his son Randall Bellard (Robin) of Walker; and his grandchildren, Shannon Bellard Ruiz (Jordan) and Brandon Bellard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Melancon Funeral Home (4708 I-49 Frontage Rd, Opelousas, LA 70570). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
