He was predeceased by: his children, Robert and Robin Thierry; his siblings, Henry Sam, Theresa Lacour, Sherman Thierry, Louis Thierry, Joyce Lewis, Mildred Greene, Wilda Durgin and Earline Greene; and his son-in-law Jarvis Presley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Thierry Mazone (Paul) of Washington, LA, Catina Edwards (Jermaine) of Opelousas, LA, Leslie Thierry Guidry of Waggaman, LA and Angelica Thierry Presley of Opelousas, LA; his siblings, Ellis Thierry (Norma) of New Orleans, LA, Shirlene Carmon of Palmetto, LA, Lenelle Durio (Alex) of Palmetto, LA and Louisa Mack (Rodney) of Lebeau, LA; and his wife Faye C. Thierry. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
