He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Picayune" Darbonne and Rosa Mae LaHaye Darbonne; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Gautreaux Darbonne. He is survived by: his wife Susan Harvey Darbonne of Slaughter; his children, Robert "Robby" Darbonne Jr. (Cathleen) of Iowa, Cody Lane Darbonne (Kerri Wilson Darbonne) of Duncan, Oklahoma and Jennifer Darbonne Millican (Clint Millican) of Zachary; his brother Paul Wayne Darbonne Sr. of Port Barre; and his grandchildren, Arlee Darbonne, Allie Darbonne, Jack Darbonne, Hunter Millican, Mason Millican, Haden Millican, Wyatt Millican, Darby Darbonne, Devri Darbonne and Dixon Darbonne.
