He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Belle Morrison; his parents, James Morrison and Rosie Lee Morrison; his siblings, Doris Mae Houston, Lucille Walker, Roberta Thomas, Earnestine Dorsey, Dorothy Jean Holliman, Miles Dorsey, Howard Mitchell, Jake Taylor, Joe Taylor and W. D. Farmer; his siblings-in-law, Joseph Russell Angel, John Calvin Guillory, John Anthony Vallien, Otis Walker, L. C. Thomas, Frank Conway, Verline Juanita Guillory, Mary Wilma Angel, Ethel Dorsey, Gloria Vallien and Theresa Muwwakkil; and his nieces and nephews, Gwendolyn Marie Angel, Moneta Andre Vallien-Mercadel, Joseph Russell Angel, Jr., Blane Holliman and Don Anthony Vallien.

He is survived by: his children, Latonia Denise Morrison-Frank, Robert Louis Morrison, II, Ernie Thaddeus Angel and Cathy Maria Guillory-Bobb; his sons-in-law, Hilton Frank and Justin Bobb; his grandchildren, Jon Francis Bobb, Olivia Juanita Bobb, Kendrick Frank, Courtney Frank and Jametra Frank; his sister Ruby Conway; and his siblings-in-law, Andrew Vallien, Charles Noble, Yusuf Muwwakkil, Audrey Noble and Theresa Vallien. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
