He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl and Hilda C. Boudreaux; his brother Fred Boudreaux; and his son-in-law John Perry. He is survived by: his wife Eloise K. Stevens Boudreaux of Opelousas; his daughters, Bridget Vidrine (Jason) of Opelousas and Nichole Perry of Grosse Tete; his granddaughters, Kathryn Elizabeth Perry and Emma Grace Perry; and his siblings, Claudette Gordon of Oakdale, Cynthia Quebedeaux (Keith) of Sulphur, Placide Boudreaux of Opelousas and Leon Boudreaux (Karen) of Opelousas.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sibille Funeral Home (2309 George Dr, Opelousas, LA 70570). A prayer was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church (1432 W Landry St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Bellevue Memorial Park (4833 LA-182, Opelousas, LA 70570).
His contributions to the organization extended to revered positions including 4th Degree Knight, and he was recognized as a super booster in 1988 at Opelousas Catholic.
