She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Thomas, Sr.; her parents, Alphonse Charles and Leona Sonnier Charles; her siblings, Mary C. Major, Odelia Charles Pickney, Alfred Charles, James Charles, Joseph Charles and Thomas Charles; and her stepdaughter Patricia Thomas.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Franklin, Jr. of Houma, LA and Larry Joe Franklin of New Orleans, LA; her stepsons, Jessie Thomas of Centerville, MS and Randy Thomas of Centerville, MS; her daughters, Precilla Sassau (Lawrence) of Leonville, LA, Patsy Arceneaux (Floyd) of Leonville, LA and Joyce Profit Lochrico of Baton Rouge, LA; and her stepdaughter Brenda Thomas of Raceland, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
