He is survived by: his wife Liz Morris Doucet; his children, Lucas Doucet (Callie), Katelyn Badeaux (Bryce) and Sydni Deville (Joshua); his grandchildren, Weston Doucet, Cooper Deville and Paisley Porter; his stepchildren, Taylor Morris (Dillan) and James Morris (Dani); and his siblings, Terry J. Doucet Jr. (Sheila), Lenton B. Doucet II (Nikki) and Lynette Vidrine (Ward).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Skip Montet Memorial Chapel at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas (2845 S Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the Skip Montet Chapel at LaFond-Ardoin Funeral Home of Opelousas (2845 S Union St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Church - Grand Prairie (1074 LA-748, Washington, LA 70589).
