He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Lou F. Soileau; his parents, Cenia Soileau and Ernestine J. Soileau; his brothers, Mervis Soileau, Vernal Soileau, Andrew Soileau and Landry Soileau; and his brother-in-law Ansley Smith.

He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Evans (Ray) and Paula Badzinski (Brian); his granddaughter Kristine Duffy (Mike); his daughter Angela Badzinski; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Adriana and Landon; and his siblings, Malcolm Soileau (Jane) and Rosa Smith. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
