He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Manuel of Opelousas, LA; his stepson Torre Manuel (Tamara) of Mansfield, TX; his daughters, Victoria Manuel (Christopher) of Opelousas, LA, Brenda Keys (Sterling) of Opelousas, LA and Donna Brown (Micheal) of Opelousas, LA; his stepdaughters, Kasey Manuel (Jockque) of Opelousas, LA and Calisa M. Lamb (Clifton) of Houston, TX; his brother Willie Pickens, Sr. (Adele) of Opelousas, LA; and his sister-in-law Clementine Pickens of Opelousas, LA. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
