She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Miniex; her son Craig Miniex; her parents, Alfred Smith, Sr. and Philomen Jasper Smith; and her siblings, Mable Adams, Hazel Martin, Alfred Smith, Jr., Ethel Mae Malbrough, Mildred Martin, Robert Mitchell Smith and Betty Rose Eaglin.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Edward Miniex of Cankton, LA, Allen Keith Miniex of Cankton, LA, Velda Miniex, Jones of Cankton, LA, Alfredia Faye Miniex and Honaker (Richard) of Decatur, GA; and her grandson Jeffrey Craig Miniex of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
