She was predeceased by: her father Louis, II of Washington; and her brother Louis, III of Washington. She is survived by: her son Cedric Payne of Opelousas, LA; her mother Viola Payne of New Orleans, LA; her siblings, Willie Sanders of Boca Raton, FL, Rodney of New Orleans, LA, Byron Sanders of Marrero, LA and Annette White (Phillip) of Marrero, LA; and her grandchildren, Cedric, Jr. and Niaja. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
