He is survived by: his sons, Lance Belaire of Houma, LA. and Paul Carter of Jackson, LA.; his sisters, Cynthia Dale LeBlanc (Charles), Debra Gabehart of Youngsville and Tressy Dressel (Ronnie) of Broussard; and his grandson Austin Covington of Houma. He is also survived by friends and family.
