He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ashton Bellard, Calvin Bellard and Rodney Bellard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Schexneider Bellard; his children, Tim Bellard (Lorraine), Ted Bellard (Melanie), Connie Stelly (Danny) and Arlene Fisher (Don); his stepchildren, Paul Durio of Oberlin, Jeff Durio of Oberlin, Katrena Tankersley of Opelousas and Sabrena Oestriecher of Lake Charles; his brothers, Leroy Bellard of Hayes, Harry Bellard of Eunice and Ronald Bellard of Opelousas; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Guidry, Amy Oakes, Kristin Cooley, Ryan Lagrange, Betsy Bellard Plouhar, Shelby Bellard Kerner, Wesley Bellard and Jade Bellard. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
