He is survived by: his former wife Shirley Leday of Opelousas, LA; his daughters, Angela Scott of Lafayette, LA, Felicia Scott of Lafayette, LA and Alicia Scott of Opelousas, LA; his stepchildren, Marcus Scott of Opelousas, LA, Pearson Leday (Kelly) of Opelousas, LA, Damien Morris (Brandie) of Ville Platte, LA and Jessica Collins (Jerry) of Gonzales, LA; and his siblings, Emile James Scott of Opelousas, LA, John Edward Scott of Lake Charles, LA, Anna Bell Scott of Houston, TX and Leenell Mitchell of Houston, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven step-grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
