He is survived by: his children, Reginald Lavergne (Shawanna) of Opelousas, LA, Timothy Lavergne of Opelousas, LA, Vickie Lavergne of Opelousas, LA and Kimberly Moore (Samuel) of Lafayette, LA; and his sister Emma Lois Robert of Opelousas, LA.
