It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Odile Marie Chautin Ardoin (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Ardoin; her parents, Clebert Chautin and Josie Myer Chautin; and her sisters, Mae Chautin, Bea Grimmett, Eula Ortego, Emma Ardoin and Anna Josie Chautin.

She is survived by: her children, William "Jay" Ardoin (Danette), Mark Ardoin (Susan), Monica Mallet (David) and Leah Vige' (Andy); and her brother Joseph "Sonny" Chautin. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and a host of Godchildren.
