He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Bertrand and Resa Ardoin Bertrand. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Daigle Bertrand of Opelousas; his children, Gary Bertrand (Heather Gill Bertrand) of Opelousas and Joni Bertrand Nezat (Kenny) of Madisonville, LA; his grandchildren, Cassie Bertrand Mouton (Nick), Taylor Christianson, Kody Christianson and Spencer Nezat; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Mouton and Sutton Mouton.
