Thomas, Mary Ella Williams and Shirley Borel.
He is survived by: his children, Corey Collins, Sr. (Janet) of Carencro, LA, Kevin Ferguson of Opelousas, LA, Patrina Major of Opelousas, LA, Vanessa Brooks (Terry) of Opelousas, LA, Carla Ferguson (Robert) of Opelousas, LA and Nicole Ferguson of Opelousas, LA; and his siblings, Appolinaire Collins (Genevieve) of Leonville, LA, Louis Collins (Julia) of Leonville, LA, Amaya Brown of Leonville, LA, Delia Brown of Leonville, LA and Celeste Human of Bellevue, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
