She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lenny, Zula Stelly, Treme and Eve LeBlanc. She is survived by: her sons, Dylan Spisak and Matthew Spisak; her parents, George LeBlanc and Lynne LeBlanc; her siblings, Alduse, Michelle LeBlanc and Tiffany LeBlanc Begnaud; her nephew Hunter LeBlanc; her great-niece Aurora LeBlanc; her niece Alexa Begnaud; and her pet Glaze. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
