She was predeceased by: her husband Whitbury "Bee" Stelly; her parents, Clarence Lastrapes, Sr. and Estelle Roy; and her siblings, Clarence John Lastrapes, Jr. and Palymire "Poochie" Taylor Frederick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy S. Soileau (Dale) of Opelousas and Patsy S. Stelly (Joey) of Opelousas; her grandchildren, Chanel Stranghoener (James), Kristie Holbert, Amy Molinazzi, Penny Marks (Doug), Danielle English (Chris), Ashley Chautin (Mike), Justin Stelly (Sara) and Blake Stelly; her sister Mary Lou Reddy (Jay) of Baton Rouge; and her brother-in-law Charles Frederick of Scott. She is also survived by twenty-seven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
