He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy, Sr. and Louanna Joseph Green; and his brothers, Sherman Green and Hebert Green. He is survived by: his children, Derek Greene (Michelle) of Houston, Troy Green (Jessica) of Opelousas, Lana Green (Lori Lastrapes) of Opelousas, Todd Green (Robin) of Carencro and Anna Green (Michael Jones) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Troy Green, Jr (Allene), Joshua Greene, Nicholas Green, Drew Green, Luke Green, Chastity Greene and Nichole Green-Mervil; his sister-in-law Leona Green; his nephews, Hebert Green, Jr. (Rook) of Opelousas, Brenda Gayle Green of Opelousas, Curley Green of Opelousas and Charles Ray Green (Chuck) of Opelousas; and his brother-in-law Harold Vincent, Sr. of New Orleans. He is also survived by brothers from other mothers, Tommy Rideau and John Standberry, as well as a host of other "Black Pot Cooking and Titos Under the Tree" relatives and friends.
