It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Moise LeJeune Jr. (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Moise LeJeune, Sr. and Dora LeJeune; his significant other Leona Franks LeJeune of Port Barre; his children, Tina Marie Elston of Lafayette and Tracy LeJeune (Belinda) of Port Barre; his grandchildren, Crystal Lynn LeJeune, Kenneth "Kenny" LeJeune and Sydney Elston; his cousins, Joe and Betty Dowden of Port Barre; and his siblings, Bobby LeJeune, Al LeJeune, Ceil Partin, Virgie Traylor and Maggie Traylor. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
