He was predeceased by: his parents, Burke Aucoin and Barbara Aucoin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Faith Leger Aucoin of Opelousas; his son Benjamin Aucoin (Lillie) of Decatur; his stepson Matthew Richard of Lawtell; his daughter Amanda Aucoin of Wichita Falls; his stepdaughter Krystal Richard (Kevin) of Opelousas; his brothers, Randy Aucoin (Belinda) of Scott and Ray Aucoin (Simone) of Opelousas; and his grandchildren, Parker Aucoin, Eleanor Aucoin, Camrin Richard, Connor Richard and Isabelle Richard.
