He is survived by: his parents, Charles Ray Moran of Waxia and Betty Ann Broussard of Port Barre; his daughter Michelle Moran of Port Barre; his stepdaughter Ashley Richard of Cankton; his brothers, Ryan Broussard of Mandeville and Eddie Broussard of Port Barre; and his grandchildren, Makenly, Noah, Kehlani, Zylon, Ayden, Ethan Emma and Elliahna. He is also survived by his family and friends.
