He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert and Hester Jerry, Sr.; his brother Floyd Jerry; and his grandparents, Charles, Maria A. Jerry, Jack and Bertha Jones.
He is survived by: his son Michael Taylor of Opelousas, LA; and his brothers, Gilbert Jerry, Jr. (Shirley) of Opelousas, LA, Gene Jerry of Opelousas, LA, Joseph Jerry (Audrey) of Leonville, LA, Curley Jerry (Gail) of Laplace, LA and Paul Jerry of New Orleans, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
