He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Baptiste, Sr. and Ella Louise Johnson Baptiste; his sister Penny Baptiste; his uncle Ennis Johnson; his brother-in-law James Albert; his nephew Peter Baptiste; and his great-nephew Miles Babineaux.
He is survived by: his son Keith Credeur of Opelousas, LA; his siblings, Lawrence Baptiste of Lawtell, LA, Raymond Baptiste, Jr. of Opelousas, LA, Stephen Baptiste of Abbeville, LA and Patricia Albert of Lawtell, LA; and his aunts, Pearl Gloston (Herbert) of New Orleans, LA and Justina Johnson of Portland, OR. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
