He was predeceased by: his wife Elvira Amos; his parents, John N. Amos and Lucille Colligan; and his siblings, Jules Amos, Noles Amos, Roosevelt Amos, John Truman Amos, John Nalcolm Amos, Jr. and Catherine Simonette.
He is survived by: his daughter Becky Amos Millsap of Port Arthur, TX; and his brother Clement Amos, Sr. of Lafayette, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
