He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Helen Leger Stelly; his parents, Joseph Stelly-Stelly and Agnes Stelly-Stelly; his sisters, Myrtis Stelly Cashiola and Myra Stelly; his grandson Scott Stelly; and his parents-in-law, Artheus, Jr. and Elmire Lalonde Leger.
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Stelly Guidroz, Donald Stelly and David Stelly (JoAnn); his grandchildren, Stephanie Guidroz Higdon (Cary) and Eric Stelly (Lacie); his great grandchildren, Nicholas Higdon, Victoria Higdon, Gabrielle Guidroz, Kinsley Stelly and Katelyn Stelly; and his family Nicholas Higdon.
