He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine Frederick of Opelousas; his children, Matthew Frederick, Patrick Lanclos (Glenda), Donnell Fontenot (Dana) of Breaux Bridge and Alecia Hebert (Troy) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Micah Callahan (Jeremy), Brody Hebert, Myles Frederick, Elizabeth James, Brandon Lanclos, Emily James and Ian Thompson; his great grandchildren, Rinley and Eli; his siblings, Harold Frederick (Cynthia), Harvey Frederick (Priscilla), Lydia Lormand (Nolan), Yvette Hebert (Perry) and Vickie Frederick; and his sister-in-law Brooke Frederick.
