He is survived by: his wife Maudrey Leday Williams of Ville Platte, LA; his children, Elton Jack (Mary) of Rayne, LA, Cynthia Jack of Lake Charles, LA, Betty Jack of Lake Charles, LA, Theresa Jack of Vidrine, LA and Mary Jane Jack of New Orleans, LA; and his sister Dorothy Guidry (Clifton) of Grand Coteau, LA. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
