He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Acclis of Washington; and his siblings, Mary Ann of Washington, John Allen Acclis and Edward James Acclis. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Jr. (Daneeka) of Bogalusa, LA, Jermaine, Sr. (Nichole) of Washington and Patrice Thomas (Joseph) of Opelousas, LA; his brother Ronald, Sr. of Washington; his sisters-in-law, Anna Acclis of Opelousas, LA and Mary Jane Acclis of Beaumont, TX; and his grandchildren, Zhanique, Zhyiah, Jermaine, Jr., Thorian, Aubree, Kaisley and Kash. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
