She was predeceased by: her former husband John C. Espree; her parents, Gaston Woods, Sr. and Mary Thomas Woods; her brothers, Roy and Herman Woods; and her grandson Please.
She is survived by: her children, Javon Espree of Opelousas, LA, Lisa Espree of Opelousas, LA and Pamela Espree-Kennerson (Junius) of Lafayette, LA; and her siblings, Joseph Woods (Marion) of New Orleans, LA, Gaston Woods, Jr. (Mona) of Eunice, LA, Clifton Woods of Houston, TX and Angela Cesar (Todd) of Opelousas, LA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her former spouse, John C.
