Mary Murray Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Murray (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on September 3, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Murray and Mary Collins Murray; and her siblings, John, Michael, James, Patrick, Kitty Crowley and Hannah Donovan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Due to the COVID virus, a private funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 7th at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Nursing Home chapel followed by burial in St. Landry Cemetery in Opelousas, Louisiana.
In lieu of flowers, the Marianites of Holy Cross request that memorial donations be made to the Marianites of Holy Cross Congregational Center at 21388 Smith Road, Covington, Louisiana, 70435.
