She is survived by: her son Johnny Al Fontenot (Charlene) of Opelousas; her grandchildren, Brooke Denée Fontenot Johnson (Tanner) of Baton Rouge, Jodi Allison Fontenot Messina (Thomas) of Baton Rouge and Brian Michael Latimer of Bossier City; and her great grandchildren, Briggs Daniel Wood, Bowen Alexander Wood, Luke Thomas Messina, Maggie Cate Messina and Millie Kerr Messina.
