She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Stevens; her sons, Eric Von Stevens and Travis Anthony Stevens; her granddaughter Chariety Chanta Jordan; her great grandchild Kia Amos; her parents, Dennis Lazard, Sr. and Mary Comeaux Lazard; and her siblings, August, Rufus, Sr., Wilfred, Sr., Robert, Sr., Rogers, Alexis, Dennis, Jr., Warren Lazard, Sr., Mary Julia Leday and Ida Mae Manuel.
She is survived by: her children, Alexis Marcus Stevens (Chevelle) of Opelousas, LA, Varanis Stevens Jordan of Opelousas, LA and Monica Stevens Guillory (Rusty) of Lake Charles, LA; and her brother Rodney Lazard (Sharon) of Opelousas, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
