She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Jacobs and Leanna Vallery. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Semien (Willie) of Church Point, LA, Mary Diana Spiller (Napoleon) of Hitchcock, TX, Mary Debra Guillory of Lake Charles, LA and Sherry Kaye Minick of Church Point, LA; and her brother Raymond Jacobs of Church Point, LA.
