She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Soban Castain, Sr.; her parents, Adolph Louis and Modest Louis; and her sisters, Jeanne Louis and Catherine Cambre.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Marie Finley (Dave), Secious Ann Porche (Eris), Dr. Arlene Claire Richard (Donald), Joseph Soban Castain, Jr. (Danielle) and Gregory Troy Castain (Varnessa). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
