She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. Glen W. Hunt (Honey); her parents, Thomas Teurling "Took" and Marguerite David Lafleur; and her siblings, Dr. Ronald Lafleur, Thomas Teurling "Burr" Lafleur and Betty Clair Veltin Patrick.
She is survived by : her children, Joe T. Hunt (Fay Boudreaux Hunt) of Melville, Glen W. Hunt Jr. of Opelousas and Lisa Hunt Gardiner (Bill) of Lafayette; her siblings, Dale Lafleur of Opelousas, Donald Lafleur of Cofax and Mamie Steckler of Lafayette; her grandchildren, Adele Hunt, Joni Dupont, Laurie Satterley (Jason), Rebecca Naquin (Shane), Will Gardiner, Michael Gardiner, Glen W. Hunt Jr., Joe Hunt, Bill Gardiner and Jon Satterley; her great grandchildren, Dustin, Mary, Matthew Dupont, Caelan, Kieran, Canaan St Romain, Lauren, Jon Satterley, Anna Joy, Emily Rose, Mamie, Katie and Caroline Marie Naquin, Phoebe Hunt; and her great great grandchildren, Walker Satterley, Wade Smith and Lydia O'Connor.
If desired; in lieu of flowers donations in Marguerite's name can be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital or St. Landry Animal Shelter.
