She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cane, and Laura Cane, Sr.; and her siblings, Edward Cane Jr., Calvin Cane, Shirley Edwards, Delores Patterson, Laura L. Robertson and Mary Alice Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph "LJ" Papillion; her goddaughter Lori Ware (Bobby, Jr) of Opelousas, LA.; and her siblings, Larry Cane of Washington, LA and Carolyn Matthews (Erroll) of Beaumont, TX. She is also survived by Nine grandkids, Ten great grandkids: A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
