He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Moore of Washington and Stella Moore of Washington; his brothers, Elmer, Joseph and George of Washington; and his sister-in-law Virgie of Washington.
He is survived by: his son Louis, Jr. (Lakisha) of Corpus Christi, TX; his grandsons, Justin Parker, Jr., Landon Avery of Washington, Liam Allen of Washington and Lance Aiden of Washington; and his sisters-in-law, Betty of Washington and Adline of Opelousas, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
