She was predeceased by: her husband John Harry Soileau; her parents, Albert Hidalgo, Sr. and Eve LaGrange; her siblings, Ronald Hidalgo, Joseph O. Hidalgo, Albert Hidalgo, Jr., Nelma Fontenot and Wanda Brown; and her son-in-law Robert Craig Wyble (Bobby).
She is survived by: her children, Joan S. Farrar (Tony) of Church Point, Katherine S. Wyble (Kitty) of Opelousas, Connie S. Speyrer (J. Phillip) of Rayne and James Alex Soileau (Charlotte) of Opelousas; and her sisters, Elsie Soileau of Baton Rouge and Betty Deviile of Baton Rouge. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, consider honoring Lorraine by remembering her in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the most efficacious prayer of the Catholic Church.
