It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Dawn Brasseaux of Opelousas, Louisiana, born in Leonville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Jody Scott Brasseaux; and her grandparents, John P. Rembert, Frankie Moreau, Haywood Brasseaux and Thelma Stelly.
She is survived by: her parents, Jack Brasseaux and Ngaire Rembert of Leonville; and her sister-in-law Sheri McCarty Brasseaux. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and relatives.
