It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorena Savoie (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Savoie and Bertha Mayon Savoie; her siblings, Manuel Savoie, Leroy Savoie, Sr., Willie Savoie, Mildred Babineaux, Louise Lazard, Vergie Jones and Bertha Jones; her son Tedrick (Thibodeaux); her son-in-law Ramando Royston, Sr.; her grandchildren, Miracle Pitre and Parker Pitre; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ardoin and Melicah Jacobs.
She is survived by: her close friend Donald Williams of Opelousas, LA; her children, Andrus Lee Pitre, Jr. (Dwonda) of Opelousas, LA, Michael Pitre, Sr. (Margerette) of Opelousas, LA and Christy Royston of Opelousas, LA; and her daughter-in-law Doris Landor Pitre of Opelousas, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
