She was predeceased by: her parents, Loubie Pavy and L. J. "Tico" Larcade; her husband Eugene F. Pollingue, Sr.; her brother Lawrence J. Larcade, Jr.; and her daughter Theresa Dale Pollingue.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Mary Pollingue Nichols (David Nichols) of Waco, Ann Pollingue of Opelousas, Eugene Francis Pollingue, Jr. (Victoria), David Pollingue of Opelousas, Barry Pollingue of Baton Rouge and Connie Pollingue of Opelousas; her grandchildren, Mardana Soileau, Amar Gregory, Matthew Miller, Daniel Miller, Keith Nichols, John Nichols and Marguerite Pollingue; her great grandchildren, Alexis Tejeda, Lillianna Miller and Mila Rose Miller; and her grandson-in-law Bubba Soileau. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau.
