It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda E. Hills (Opelousas, Louisiana), who passed away on January 27, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph E. Hills, Sr.; her parents, Dan Edwards, Sr. and Agnes Edwards Johnson; and her brother Dan Edwards, Jr.. She is survived by: her friend Raymond Minor; her children, Patrick Edwards (Jonquil Nailor-King) of Houston, TX, Constance Manning (Isaac, Jr.) of Fort Wayne and Dion Davis (Lester) of New Orleans, LA; her sister Agnes Chapman Mercadal (Raymond) of New Orleans, LA; and her grandchildren, Tamara of Terralynn, Isaac III, Patrick, Sujuan, Austin, Courtney, Jamal, Kwaune and Jonique. She is also survived by great grandchildren other relatives and special friends.
